Alex is responsible for the acquisition, leasing, marketing and divestment of Korol’s projects. Starting out as a Chartered Surveyor at Cushman & Wakefield before moving to a client-side role as Development Director with Skanska and IV Real Estate, his experience spans both sides of the Landlord / Tenant relationship. Having worked across central and greater London, the M25, South-East and Bristol, Alex understands the micro as well as the macro dynamics that underpin successful developments. Alex studied at Birmingham and South Bank Universities.

Hiwad is responsible for executing Korol’s strategy and leading its projects through the development lifecycle, from underwrite through to divestment. Over the past 15 years, Hiwad has worked across a range of asset classes in both Australia and in the UK within varying roles, including both contractor and developer side. More recently he was Development Director at IV Real Estate where he successfully delivered several schemes in London and Bristol. Hiwad holds a BEng (1^st Hons) from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia and is an active member of the British Council of Offices.
