Corn St Buildings

The Corn St Buildings comprises of two adjoining buildings, 41 Corn St and Grade II listed Gilbert House. Derelict for 5 years, both buildings were comprehensively refurbished to Grade A specification, including new M&E systems, façade, end of trip facilities and rooftop terraces. During the Covid-19 pandemic 41 Corn St was let during construction in its entirety to a single tenant at record rent for Bristol at the time, while Gilbert House let within 6 months of Practical Completion before both buildings were sold to La Francaise Investment Management.
