Queens Square

66 Queens Square was a speculative development which incorporated the sympathetic refurbishment of a Grade II listed Georgian terrace into high quality new build accommodation, achieving BREEAM Excellent and EPC A ratings. A new long lease was agreed with the freeholder, Bristol City Council before the entire building was pre-let to KPMG achieving record rent at the time (£28.50 psf) before being forward sold to Aviva Investors ahead of Practical Completion at record yield at the time (4.94%) for the Bristol market.
