Provost St

Originally a Victorian tea warehouse and located a stone’s throw from Silicon roundabout, 34-38 Provost St was extensively refurbished to celebrate its heritage with a contemporary feel which included an additional two floors, new windows, M&E system, and end of trip facilities. Achieving a BREEAM Very Good certification, the building was pre-let during construction in its entirety to a single tenant and sold within 3 months of Practical Completion.
