
Mansel Court
Mansel Court is a highly sustainable office building originally constructed in 2013. We have fully refurbished the building to meet the current and future sustainability targets while maintaining a design lead approach that is attractive to the modern occupier. The building has been fully decarbonised with the removal of the gas boiler and installation of new air source heat pumps linked to photovoltaic panels on the roof with a new monitoring and management system. The reception has been remodelled to provide an enhanced arrival experience while using sustainable materials throughout the common parts. A new end of trip facility has been created with secure bike storage, changing facilities and lockers in addition to two EV charging points.
