Mansel Court is a highly sustainable building originally refurbished in 2013 to a high specification, including EPC B and BREEAM Excellent. We intend to undertake a set of target improvements in Q1 2024 across the building to ensure our current customers’ needs are met, as well as to attract the next generation of businesses looking for best in class space in South West London. This will include a remodelled reception, improved end of journey facilities and new outdoor amenity. With sustainability at its core and to target EPC A and Net Zero Carbon, a full decarbonisation programme will also be carried out to transform the building into a fully electric asset, including replacing existing gas boilers, installation of photovoltaic roof panels and implementation of a material circularity strategy.
