Temple Square Masterplan

A mixed-use commercial scheme, Temple Square proposes to deliver high quality office accommodation, sympathetic to its surroundings with a focus on the occupier, placemaking and amenity. Through close consultation with key stakeholders such as Heritage England, the Bristol Urban Design Forum and the Bristol City Council outline planning consent was achieved for a 200,000 sq. ft. mixed-use scheme followed by detailed planning consent for a 50,000 sq. ft. office development with a focus on public space and innovative incubator space.
